I've read about something which says capability VS capacity And it brought so much closure and context to me. Everyone can have similar capabiy, but everyone's capacity is different. I'm willing to give the space and time but I'm not willing to compromise respect for it. I can leave as well because we are both independent and individuals with choices. But the beauty about a working relationship is even with that choice, we stay, we grow and we learn
