I envy you. I’m quite introverted and a bit afraid of striking up a conversation with shop assistants; I prefer browsing quietly on my own.🥹

lol 😂 you’re funny, one thing about me is I’m very audacious, I could literally walk into a Ferrari dealer shop and ask for the price, it doesn’t matter if I can afford it or not 😂

Well, I was quite young at the time and rarely visited jewelry stores, so I was instantly dazzled by the massive gold pieces.😂

I was also really tempted by the rugs sold on the second floor, but they were all so huge—I couldn't lift them, and shipping them back to China would have been a hassle, so I didn't buy one.

The gold jewelry in the market looked exquisitely crafted, so I imagine the workmanship fees alone would be much higher than back in China. I really love that exotic style, but I didn't quite dare to go over and ask—I was worried the sales staff might be overly enthusiastic.

I visited the UAE in 2024. While looking through my photo album today, I came across these pictures, so I decided to organize and share them.☺️

I was actually quite tempted by the scarves at the stalls there, but since I had already bought four or five of them before reaching the Gold Souk, I ended up buying perfume instead.

Yes, Although I didn't buy any gold to take home from the Dubai Gold Souk, I did buy some perfume on the second floor as gifts for my good friends.
