I have iron deficiency issue after I started exercising too frequently. Started to eat iron tablets hoping it to bring it back to acceptable Fe level

Before going can do some self assessment. Eg. been to any country the past few months. Taken any medications. Any needle works like piercing or anything. Make sure to have enough iron on the day of donation.
