I recently had an amazing & meaningful conversation with a friend. There’s nothing quite like a satisfying chat, especially after a long day, when the level of engagement is in sync, with deep understanding and respect for each other’s values.
6 months had just flown by and… I’m genuinely proud of my progress so far!😂 I’ve been experimenting with being flexible(sounds nicer, haha. Basically, it means…lack of discipline🙈).
I’m not as fixated on my annual goal resolutions as I used to be, nor do I feel bad for not meeting my own expectations. I’m gradually letting go of that guilt, although not entirely yet.
Key takeaway so far? trust the process and have faith that I am exactly where I’m meant to be at this moment. I focus more on high-level goals rather than getting caught up in the details. Learned to go with the flow and allow myself time to process my emotions (Wah this is crucial in keeping our mental health sane and checked)!
Stepping out of my comfort zone indeed requires courage. Honestly, the concept of “living without regrets” is idealistic. It’s about choosing which battles are worth fighting. what risks or regrets am I willing to live with for the rest of my life? How will they contribute to my growth in the next 5 days, 5 months, or 5 years? If my gut tells me it’s worth pursuing, especially it has effect in the long run and if it’s making me feeling stagnant, then jeez, move the ass. Moving slow is better than nothing.
I’m eagerly await the second half of 2023, embracing the unknown ahead, whether it brings challenges or blessings. Let’s see what unfolds!
哇这个。哦。🤣 前阵子和朋友聊了大概四五小时。超喜欢彼此的信任理解，思维方式和支持还有聊于心里的深层想法，妈呀聊得超开心的！要尽全力保护这样的友谊！🥹
前半段2023过得挺充实和满足的。整体上少点执着于没达标的事，多点宽容，容许自己去理解自己的情绪和思维而不是尝试压抑它。
踏出舒适圈的确是难，也并非所有的事情都值得去拚命。人一生中没有遗憾是假，那减低遗憾率当然可以。个人觉得那是取决于自己内心承受得了多少的遗憾。是大是小，是多是少，只有自己可以判断。可以尝试问自己”若我不采取行动，在五天/五个月/五年会有什么影响？” （五只是个例子。你要其他的也可以）。然后可以大概判断是否值得去努力争取或拥有或实现它。
我是期待着下半段的2023啦🤣 是褒或贬我不知道，年尾再看🌚🌝
