行者问和尚：“您得道前，做什么？”和尚说：“砍柴担水与做饭。”
行者问：“那得道后呢？”和尚说：“还是砍柴担水与做饭。”
那行者说：“得道前后都一样，何谓得道呢？
和尚说：“不一样。得道前，我砍柴时惦记着担水，担水时惦记着做饭；得道后，砍柴即砍柴，担水即担水，做饭即做饭。”
正如曾国藩所悟：物来顺应，未来不迎，当时不杂，即过不恋。”

我想，《救赎之爱》这部电影，不是要我们用悲悯之心去看待女主经历的创伤，也不仅仅是讲述男主如何通过无条件的接纳与尊重，完成对她的神圣救赎。真正值得深思的，是女主的经历所映射出的许多受创者的心理困境——创伤后的人格瓦解。
她的身体虽然被救出了火场，内心却始终活在其中。对她而言，只有直面自己、接纳自己，才是疗愈真正的起点。她需要打破的，不仅是那套早已扭曲的生存逻辑，更要独自完成人格的重建。如果她走不出内心的幽暗，如果没有在拯救他人的过程中重新确认自我价值，那么她的内心深处，将永远撕不掉“妓女”这张标签。
因此，男主的救赎固然重要，但她自我疗愈那段艰难而沉默的跋涉，才是她真正重获新生的关键。换句话说，这部电影讲的从来不是“被爱治愈”，而是一个破碎的人，如何借着一份爱的陪伴，最终学会与自己的创伤共处，并亲手把自己从废墟里扶起来。

Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self - distrust1 bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from infinite, so long as you are young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with the snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you’ve grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there’s hope you may die young at 80.
