I don’t lead people on because I know how that feels, I do not lie about my feelings cause my shallow conscience will haunt me. I cannot give up on love even when my heart has been broken into pieces because I believe in the “sunshine after the rain”. I do not fear the worst because it is more of a lesson than punishment.
People often wonder why I still give chances when I have failed woefully so many times. Why do you still have a big heart, they ask. Maybe because I started having my heart broken at a young age and learned to be strong, maybe because I’ve programmed my mind to take every failure as a stepping stone. Maybe because, I do not want someone who never realized my worth, to take away my happiness!
