兩個人拍拖，應該有規有矩
必須確立的八項規矩
1. 關於社交：事先約定，我不會干涉你與同性或異性的交往，但你應自行注意界限，保持適當距離，這是對我的尊重。感情中不容許第三者的介入，若有第三者試圖介入，你應懂得拒絕或告知我。我的眼中容不下一粒沙，在我們交往的過程中，若你喜歡上他人，猶豫不決不知該選擇誰時，請千萬不要選擇我，立即與她離開。
2. 關於爭吵：事先約定，我無法接受因爭吵而採取冷暴力。你有任何問題都可以坦誠說出，我們一起溝通、共同解決問題。每次我生氣時，我希望你能主動安撫我，而非放不下所謂的面子。生活中難免有爭執，但不可說傷人的話，也不可輕易將「分手」二字脫口而出。
3. 關於聊天分享：事先約定，我希望你能多與我分享你的日常生活，這樣我們彼此能有更多參與感，也能讓我們的感情更緊密相連。可分享的內容很多，例如工作、興趣、朋友、家人。情侶間的話題越多，關係就越親密，也越長久。
4. 關於新鮮感：事先約定，若感到關係平淡，應先接受這種狀態，然後我們可以一起嘗試新鮮的事物、討論新話題、學習新技能，而非隨意提出分手。
5. 關於回覆訊息：事先約定，你不一定要即時回覆訊息，但看到我的訊息時，請務必及時回應。若隔了很長時間才回覆，我希望你的第一句話是解釋你剛剛在做什麼。
6. 關於安全感：事先約定，我希望你在忙碌前能先告知我一聲，因為聯繫不上你，我會非常擔心。若你經常無故失聯，我將不再繼續這段關係。
7. 關於戀情公開：事先約定，我希望你的朋友圈背景能放上我的照片或我們的合照，這會讓我感到自己很重要。答應我的事就一定要做到，不要敷衍我或欺騙隱瞞我，否則我會累積失望。
8. 關於個人空間：事先約定，雖然我愛你，但你仍有自由，我不會限制你做你喜歡的事。你應清楚什麼事可以做，什麼事不可做。
