去了中醫師的新診所後
12/5-12/15之間降了2.3Kg
醫師的藥內容調整、
和自己運動及飲控，都有效果！
今天下班又是每週一次3小時的練球🏀
期待期待😍
明天則是跟國中同學的籃球約

3rd Place 🥉 😁
Congrats to my teammate and myself for getting a 3rd place in our company small basketball match.
Usually, I go MABA stadium for watching basketball but today, I played here. Good experience. 😁
Although it was just a casual match but we all have given our best and fight for it.
We didn’t train and all team were last minutes teamed. However, you can see our sportsmanship today. Well done everyone. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
