Tuesday, July 28th, a brand new week.
I was worn out after the Yangzhou trip last weekend. The weather was sweltering, so Mom and I mostly stayed in the hotel. I haven’t updated my diary yet; it’s truly tough to stay consistent.I only had a glass of iced coffee for breakfast today to control my calorie intake.
Keep going sisters.👯♀️

Friday, July 24th.
I’m feeling happy, the weather is sunny, the breakfast is tasty, the flower is pretty! What an amazing vibe.
Again, my breakfast is nutrient-dense. The whole wheat toast was frozen in the fridge, and I toasted it, so it’s very dry. The watermelon that my mom snapped up yesterday is super sweet. I also have two boiled eggs and a bowl of mung bean and lily bulb soup.

Thursday, July 23rd.
It’s bright and sunny today after last night’s thunderstorm. The weather will stay nice for the next seven days.
This Saturday I’m taking my mom to Yangzhou with my colleagues ，I can’t wait!My breakfast is still full of nutrition today: a smoked salmon sandwich, two boiled eggs (again, one whole egg plus one egg white), one small ripe peach. I won’t eat the peach because my mom snapped up a big watermelon.There’s also a bowl of mung bean and lily bulb soup. What a lovely day, sisters!👯♀️😁😋

It’s overcast and gloomy today!
My mom headed to the park for her workout super early. She just sent me a video, and she was sweating buckets.My breakfast is the same as yesterday, but I still love it: two cobs of multicolored corn, two boiled eggs (one whole egg plus one egg white), a bowl of mung bean and lily bulb soup(sweet and delicious), cooked by my mom,and some slices of cantaloupe.I always enjoy this nutritious breakfast. The weather is sweltering, gloomy and humid!
My breakfast includes one cob of multicolored corn, two boiled eggs, one peach, a bowl of mung bean and lily bulb soup, plus a few slices of Hami melon.I’ll stay home and turn on the air conditioner to cool down. Stay chill, sisters!👯♀️😍

Monday, July 20th.
It poured yesterday afternoon; the weather bureau issued an orange rainstorm warning. The sky looked dark and gloomy before the thunderstorm.Today’s traditional Chinese breakfast: two steamed vegetable buns, two eggs (one whole egg plus one egg white), a bowl of green bean and lily bulb soup, and some blueberries (they’re going off and not fresh )I also have a glass of ice water.

Sunday, July 19th.
It rained cats and dogs last night, but today is bright and sunny! Let’s guess where I am in this photo. Three, two, one—drumroll please! It’s Yu Garden, a super famous scenic spot in Shanghai.It was sweltering hot here, and there were lots of foreign tourists around. My best friend and I wandered around the garden, and we also grabbed DQ ice cream.It melted really fast because I ate it too quickly. It tasted delicious, but the overall experience wasn’t great, hahaha.I only have two personal training sessions this afternoon, which is awesome! I can fit in my workout before them. Take it easy, sisters!😁😉

Saturday, July 18th. I was so hungry that I woke up early to have breakfast at 6 a.m. My mom wondered how I could eat so much food.There are pieces of colored bell peppers, a slice of pumpkin, a small sweet potato, one slice of baguette, and five boiled eggs for my breakfast (1 whole egg plus 4 egg whites). The meal looks colorful and tastes delicious.The temperature today will be between 27°C and 35°C, with light rain tonight. I need to bring an umbrella when I wander around with my bestie this afternoon. Enjoy yourselves, sisters!😘😋

Friday, July 17th. It’s a sunny day and so sweltering! The temperature ranges from 27 to 38 degrees. It’s horribly hot and almost unbearable. Fortunately, I stay indoors all day with the air conditioner on, so I’m comfortable and cool. My breakfast today is a smoked salmon baguette sandwich, arugula and a whole egg. What lovely nutritious food! Let’s keep learning English. Enjoy your weekend, sisters.😂😘

Thursday, July 16th. It’s a sunny day, and the temperature hits 39 degrees. So sweltering!I was worn out when I got home at 22:15 last night, after wrapping up five training sessions.Today’s breakfast: two delicious sausages (my favourite), mint and kale, one peach, plus two whole boiled eggs.Keep going, sisters.😋😘
