Notice of Termination of Cooperation

To the official hosts of LesPark:

According to the "LesPark Platform Entry Agreement" concluded between the LesPark platform and you, you voluntarily agree to abide by the host code of conduct in the agreement, including the contract termination rules, the " LesPark Live Streaming Convention" and other LesPark platform rules.

If you violate the aforementioned agreement or platform rules, or if there is any abnormality in your cooperation with the LesPark platform, the LesPark platform has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

According to the situation verified by LesPark platform, LesPark platform believes that this cooperation has triggered the termination conditions agreed in the agreement.

LesPark platform now decides to take the following measures for the cooperation between you and us based on the agreement and platform rules:

(1) All cooperation agreements and cooperative relationships between you and us shall be terminated from the date of delivery of the notice;

(II) If you breach the contract, the LesPark platform reserves the right to pursue liability for breach of contract, claim liquidated damages and other losses in accordance with the relevant terms of the agreement.
