In the framed view of the Chinese-style lattice window, bamboo shadows and the setting sun meet in a warm embrace. Every stroke of oil paint in the brushwork is a dialogue between Oriental artistic conception and Impressionist light and shadow —
when the carvings of traditional window lattice catch the warmth of dusk, and the emerald color of slender bamboos blends into the texture of the oil painting, this concrete image of ”poetic dwelling“ comes into being. It is a leisurely mood in a corner of a Jiangnan courtyard, and also an Oriental narrative in oil painting art. Hanging such a scene at home will make life gentle as well.

對Eszter創作印象最深刻的是總能繪出精心打扮且愜意生活的女性，
他們感覺獨立且自愛，是否也是你的多面相？而那些人物靈感來自於哪裡？
關於獨立與自愛這樣的形容我好喜歡，但我並沒有刻意要在畫中展現特定的面相（她們也可以是隨性的或依戀的），但有很大可能是從我對身為女性的自我價值和投射剛好反應在我畫的人物裡。
『靈感』這個詞好大好廣，我想每個繪畫創作者對一個畫面的靈感來自四面八方，有意象的靈感、構圖的靈感、人物上有表情跟姿態的靈感，如果說最一開始想畫女性的靈感，會是從喜歡上亨利.馬提斯的早期女性肖像畫作開始，想用非寫實且較自我的方式紀錄跟我相近的主題「女生」、「女性」以及對自己和別人的觀察作紀錄，之後也更被其他畫家、視覺藝術跟閱讀真實女性人物的故事而被影響變成更多更細節靈感。
