Visited this outlet at around 8pm+ and mind you, it is our first time. According to Google and the store’s online information, the outlet closes at 10pm. However, one of the staff told us that we could only do takeaway and were not allowed to sit down and drink, even though it was still well before closing time. When we entered, the staff saw us but did not greet or acknowledge us, nor asked if we needed help. We were left standing there unsure how to proceed. The osmanthus milk tea we ordered was underwhelming and did not meet expectations. It tasted like cold instant milk tea. Overall, between the lack of basic service, unclear dine-in policy despite stated operating hours and disappointing drink quality, this was a poor experience and we will not be returning.
