Just finished watching Kangaroo Valley on Netflix. It was beautifully shot, emotional and very insightful. From the kangaroos to the dingos, wombats and even the little Willie Bird wagtail, every moment and scene captured by the production team felt so alive. Honestly better than some animations today. 🩵#kangaroovalley#

🎂Happy 11 Birthday our Big Baby, Mr Grumpy Grandpa Bun!🩵✨😘 Sweet little bun is officially another year fluffier! 🐰💕☘️Thank you for filling our quiet home with your tiny hops, curious nose nudges, terrific foot stomps and your BIGGGG manja-ness. You are THE sticky bunny with a sassy yet adorable side. Thank you for making us smile and our hearts glad even on those tiring days. I still remember the first time I brought you home from my ex-colleague place when you were just 3 years old, you ran then tucked in a corner or on the pee tray and would never come down from it. I could never get you to eat your treats unless it was hand-fed because you were mostly all tensed up and scared for your life whenever someone tries to reach out even in the gentlest manner. It took a whole year and maybe two to get you to fully trust us humans and settle down. Us watching you eat on your own then gradually lie down in your favourite corner to relax, it was like that gigantic stone had lifted from our hearts knowing you finally feel safe and loved…and that is all I ever want for you. You deserve every good thing a bunny deserves my precious bun, even if you choose to pee whenever and wherever you deemed necessary and even if your wet eyes had failed you because of cataracts but it doesn’t make you any more less lovable and worthy, in fact more.🌻✨Here is to more bun-some days, good quality APD Hay, quality afternoon naps, and endless episodes of sticking and hopping cutely over to Beanie, your cute grumpy foot stomps, happy purring, head and tummy rubs and many many healthy, happy years ahead for you and for us, altogether in the mighty mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen! 🙏🏻Thank you for teaching us how to love as well as how to love each other, even in the silence.. and I am feeling kind of emotional writing this so I will close here for now.
