Day 6 of my 22 day push-up challenge. #22kill #22dayspushupchallenge #22pushupchallenges . I'm doing 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for combat veterans. There are 22 US veterans a day committing suicide. Suicide is also the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. This challenge is a small way to raise awareness for the issue.
